Beach and a 7-8 minutes walk to Main Beach. The restaurants, shops and bars

There will be 2x two-bed apartments
on the ground floor, priced at £25,500. There will be 3x two bed apartments
on the first floor, priced at £29,500 and there will be 3x two bed

All the apartments will have separate
kitchen and lounge. There is no pool for Makbul Apartments but there are
lots of hotels with a pool just 5 minutes away from the apartment block. If
you buy a drink they will let you use their pool. The price includes an air
conditioning unit in the lounge, electric water heater, mosquito nets,
shower cubicle, light fittings and iron security bars for the ground floor
apartments only.
